|I just recently purchased a few Bare sunguard shirts and within minutes, I was notified of my purchase. I then had a follow-up call from Scuba Basics concerning my color choice. They let me know immediately that one of the colors were not in stock, then gave me a choice of new colors not listed. This company went above and beyond your "above average" sales organization. You have to try this company, THEY HAVE EVERYTHING!

|In my career I deal with quality improvement and customer service, so I have exceptionally high standards as a customer. The service at ScubaBasics blew me away - and that is a very difficult thing to do. Everyone I have dealt with has been very knowledgeable about the products the store carries and extremely responsive to every question and request - even after my order arrived. The staff truly knows the meaning of meeting the customers needs - even the ones I didn't know I had!|

|I have dealt with online shopping before and thought I knew what to expect...Man was I proven wrong! I ordered a Bare wetsuit last minute for a vacation in FL and was worried that I would not receive it in time. I left a customer note on the off chance that someone would actually look at my order, though I didn't expect much. I called a few days later because it was taking awhile to ship my order and wanted to see what the holdup was. Turns out, they had every wetsuit in every color and size EXCEPT for the one I ordered, lucky me I thought. However, the sales rep that had handled my order HAD read my note and took it upon himself to contact Bare personally and had them make an exception in their shipping in order to accommodate my needs by shipping the suit to my door directly from the Bare manufacturing center in Canada and the reason it took a little longer was because Canada was on holiday. Needless to say I got the suit on time and will DEFINITELY be shopping with Scuba Basics again, keep up the great work guys!!!|

|Why would an Alaskan order scuba gear from Indiana? I choose ScubaBasics from many sites listed on Google. From the 1st phone call, I received professional advise from people who asked me about my dive goals and my budget. I was matched up with excellent gear right for me. My initial BC was the wrong size since I could not try it on, I sent it back, got full credit and was mailed another size. With this exchange, the staff's primary concern was providing me gear I liked. Customers are the priority at ScubaBasics. When I ordered my drysuit, Jimmy and William went over and above board to help me select a BARE suit that I love. |WOW - I placed my order on-line yesterday, I immediately called to check stock status and the person that answered knew without looking anything up the status of my order!!!
When I came home from work today my order had already been delivered via UPS Ground!!!!

ALways good communication throuout the transaction. Congratulations Scubabasics, we will buy from you again.
